Pre-Shipment: “Pre-Shipment” means that the order has not been processed by USPS yet. Please allow 24 hours for a status update from USPS. If your order was processed on Friday, please allow a full business day to pass before an update.
In Transit: Your package is currently traveling from our warehouse in Los Angeles to the address provided! This usually takes 3-5 business days from shipment, however can take up to 2 weeks!
In-Transit, Delayed: Your package has encountered a delay in shipment due to an unforeseen circumstance. This happens during busier USPS seasons, and usually resolves itself within a couple days!
Delivery Attempted: Your order was attempted to be delivered but USPS was unable to deliver the package. Usually, USPS will leave a note for you to reschedule the delivery or pick up the package from the Post Office. If you do not see a notice, please try contacting USPS.
Final Delivery Agent: Your order was giving to another delivery company for the final delivery. This generally happens in more rural areas. Please let us know if you do not see your package after 24-48 hours of this status update.
Holding Item: Your package is being held by the Post Office. We advise contacting USPS directly to obtain your package.
Returned to Sender: Your package was not able to be delivered by USPS at this time. Please reach out to us to learn more!
