Once an order is placed, we send order confirmations and shipping updates to the email address provided. You are also able to track your package at USPS with the tracking number provided.
On our website, you can select your name, and then "My Orders" to view more!
You can see the status of your order on our app, through your order history, as well! To do this, click on the account linkat the bottom right of the screen. From there, select "My Orders" to see a list of your orders. Select any order to see what stage the order is in!
If you see that your order has shipped, but have not received a confirmation, please double check the email on file and write in to email@example.com for further assistance!
