Sometimes, USPS updates their delivery status before the package is actually delivered. We generally recommend waiting 36 hours after delivery for the package to arrive before reaching out.
We recommend doing the following within 36 hours of expected delivery:
Look for a notice of attempted delivery
Look around the delivery location for your package
See if someone else accepted the delivery
Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
Let us know if you do not receive any notice or package once the 36 hours is up so we can help resolve any missing package issues!
